EQUIPMENT
Baking pan – non-stick, or lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, or very lightly oiled with coconut, olive or sunflower oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 310°F
- Mix all ingredients together well with a spatula or spoon to get a firm and pliable dough. If too sticky add a bit more flour, and if crumbly add a bit of water.
- Lightly flour your hands and roll the whole dough out into one long 1/2” log, and cut into desired sized pieces.
- Bake for approx 10-11 mins. You can roll the pieces over and put back in the oven for 3-5 mins. The treats are meant to stay on the medium-firm & chewy side.
Teenies can be stored at room temperature for a couple of weeks in an airtight container. Or will keep in fridge for a few weeks.
