Jellies bursting with berries

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mixed blueberries and cranberries, fresh or frozen*
1 cup water or dog-safe bone broth
1 tsp Agar powder**
* Goji berries are also great
** Agar (or ‘Agar-Agar’) is a naturally gelatinous powder made from marine red algae
EQUIPMENT
Small pot, whisk
Bite-size silicone mold placed on a baking tray (for stability if you need to move it)
DIRECTIONS
Place the blueberries and cranberries in the mold cavities. If using frozen berries, there is no need to thaw and work great because you can cram them in.
Whisk the water or bone broth and Agar in a small pot. Stir while bringing the mixture to a boil on medium-high, then lower the heat to medium-low and continue simmering while stirring often for 5 minutes. Spoon hot into mold cavities with berries, filling to the tops.
Agar sets at room temperature so it can be left out until firm – approx 30 minutes. Pop the jellies out and refrigerate. If you have any trouble popping out the jellies, just put the tray in the fridge until they are super firm before removing from mold.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or frozen (thaw before serving).
