Use the carob & goat milk icing mix to make the sauce for these quick cakes!
Reserve 1/2 teaspoon of the carob & goat milk icing mix to make a paste later to stick the toppings. Add approx 3 – 3 1/2 TBSP water to the icing mix and spoon into the bottoms of silicone cups or greased muffin pan. Will make 7-8 depending on the size of the cups.
Spoon the icing sauce even into the bottoms then top with the cake mix.
Make a paste with the reserved icing mix and stick on the toppings!
