Here’s a tangy twist on our Cúkies recipe! Add all the included dragonfruit into the dough, and roll out to about 1/2″.
After you press in the cookie cutter, press a frozen or fresh cranberry into the center of the heart. To keep the pink from getting too browned, bake as a softer cookie approx 14 mins – just until the bottoms are golden.
This ends up a medium-soft cookie, so should be refrigerated of frozen for storage.
